Training Course Requirements

• Fitness qualifications: ETM/Level 2 Fitness or equivalent. Other experience and qualifications may be suitable - please email us or ring +44(0)7775 798211 for details.


• Facility with Powerhoops and the ability to use the hoop comfortably, and with proficiency in both directions. To avoid discomfort, we recommend that beginners gradually build up to hooping for several minutes at a time; Therefore, a Powerhoop is included in the pre-course materials and will be sent to you upon registration, along with a complimentary pair of Powergloves.
